November Theme - 12 Days of Christmas

Fancy a chance to bulk out your ATC collection in one go?

Welcome to our last swap for 2009. We will have a break over the busy Christmas period and begin again in January.

Our theme for this month is :

12 Days of Christmas

The idea is to make 12 identical, Christmas themed ATCs! This means that in December, you will get a bumper package as an early Christmas present. How does that sound? For this swap to work, we need at least 12 participants (plus me) to ensure a correct swap so please let me know if you are interested by dropping me an e-mail or by posting here. The reason I'd like them to be identical is to make the swapping easier at this end as there'll be a large number of ATCs to sort. If they are all the same then it'll make it easier to keep track of who gets what. However, there can be some flexibility - if you keep the same layout but change the character/colour way, then that is fine - as long as they are recognisably from the same set.

Also, if you could send the ATCs in an envelope that it at least A5 in size as there might be an extra surprise in the packages when you get them!!! An added bonus from me as a thank you for making this swap a success over the last year.

Spooky Swappers

Bit of an update...

First of all a reminder of this month's theme:-

SPOOKY!

If you'd like to join in then it's simple. There are no commitments, no rules on what images to use, you're free to use any techniques - basically IT IS JUST FOR FUN. The current set up is that you make 4 ATCs (all identical or all unique) and post them off and in return you will receive 4 different ATCs back.
This swap is open to anyone (but do keep in mind that it is UK based) and so if you'd like to join in then please send an e-mail to:

Our NOVEMBER swap is slightly different. The theme will be '12 Days of Christmas' and the idea is to make 12 identical ATCs on a Christmas theme (see what we did there!) and post them off. Then at the beginning of December, you will receive 12 ATCs as an early Christmas present. To make this work, we will need at least 13 participants (although, the more the merrier). I have a lengthy list already but could do with a couple more people just to ensure a successful swap. If you are interested in this swap then please let me know by e-mailing at the above address so that I can add your name to my list and see if we have enough interest.

September Swap Update

The ATCs have been swapped and are ready to be posted. I'm actually heading off for the week and the computer is playing up and won't let me post the pics - TYPICAL! So, I'll update the piccies on here once I get back.

So a very scary and Halloween themed month ahead.

Thanks also to all those who have expressed an interest in the 12 Days of Christmas Swap (details below). We still need a few more participants to make it a success so please let me know if you are interested.

There is a poll up to decide on the October theme! Please trake a minute to vote for your fave. It'll be open until the 27th of this month.

Now to the big news. I have an idea for a special swap in November. The theme will be:

THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

September - Favourite Image

The theme for this month will be to use your:

FAVOURITE IMAGE

This can be a digital image, a stamp - ANYTHING. Just make 4 ATCs using this image and send them to me by the end of the month with a SAE. If you would like to join in and would like further info, then please send me an e-mail (link at the top left) and I will send you all the info.

Also, keep an eye out on the blog as I'll be posting a vote for the October Swap and letting you know about the 'special' November Swap soon!!!

August Sneak Peeks

I know by now I’m usually posting the ATCs from last months swap but with postal problems and Bank Holiday delays, I’m still waiting for some swaps. The theme for the next swap will be ‘My Favourite Image’ This can be stamped, digi download – anything you like! I will post an official notice here after I’ve posted the Water swaps so that the latest swap remains on the top.
